About SBCDA

Sylvania Business and Community Development Association (SBCDA) began 2004 to help the Town of Sylvania market their area to new business and land development.

Purpose
To promote, maintain and strengthen the relationships of established businesses in the Town of Sylvania. Also, to build relationships between the Town of Sylvania, town citizens, the DeKalb County Commission, the State of Alabama and the Federal Government.

Objective
Initiate a short-term and long-term plan to bring industry and retail establishments into our area which includes developing a cooperative marketing venture. We plan to create and maintain a beautification environment which would enhance the Town of Sylvania.
