Sewer Grant
The Town of Sylvania was awarded a CDGB granjt for sewer extension along Alabama Highway 75 North and County Road 27 to Sylvania High School. The sewer extension will make sewer available to residential homes and commerical businesses by the Summer of 2008.

Senior Citizen's Center
Applications for the senior citizens facility has been submitted to ADCA. The projected funding date January 2008. This is a joint project between the DeKalb County Commission and the Town of Sylvania.
